    Centrisys/CNP to Open New Service and Repair Center in Houston, Texas

    The new service and repair center will give Centrisys/CNP customers in the south-central region of the U.S. greater access to convenient equipment support.

    KENOSHA, Wis. (October 25, 2022) – Centrisys/CNP, a leading North American manufacturer of decanter centrifuges and advanced biosolids treatment technologies, announced it will open a new 35,750 square-foot service at 11927 FM529, Houston, Texas. Located on the northwest side of the city of Houston with convenient access to the BW-8 and Highway 290 thoroughfares, the new service center will support Centrisys/CNP customers not only in the metro area but also customers located throughout the south-central region of the U.S. The facility is expected to open in January of 2023

    Centrisys/CNP’s new service and repair facility in Houston will be led by General Manager Jeffrey Fair, an industry professional with over 20 years of experience working with a broad scope of decanter centrifuges of all brands and models for both industrial and municipal applications. Jeffrey is known for building strong client relationships, excellent communication and leading a team-oriented approach. He holds certifications in the areas of rotating equipment route failure analysis, pump engineering and diagnosis, decanter centrifuge diagnosis and balancing, OSHA regulations, and more.

    The new facility will offer full-service repair and maintenance capabilities, including inspections, machining, welding, and balancing. On-site technicians will also have the capability to test equipment and manufacture spare parts all under one roof, with quality control capabilities for all brands of decanter centrifuges.

    TAdditional attributes of Centrisys/CNP’s new service center in Houston include:

    • Completely climate-controlled, allowing for precision measurement on all critical components
    • Quality control room separate from the main service area
    • Drive-through bay for equipment unloading with a 25-ton overhead crane
    • Multiple jib cranes located throughout the facility
    • 480-volt, 3-phase 1,200-amp electrical service with LED lighting
    • Centrisys’ ISO certification
