Centrisys/CNP offers innovative biosolids equipment package solutions for municipal and industrial applications for plants of all sizes.
THK Series sludge thickener is specifically engineered to achieve high-performance biosolids thickening. The THK uses 50% less power than standard dewatering centrifuges, is simple to operate with minimal operator attention, and has the industry's lowest total cost of ownership.
Proven no polymer performance
Enclosed system reduces odors and gases
Hygienic operation and safety for operators
Doubles the solids retention time in the digester or doubles the digester capacity
Reduces digester heat requirements by 50%
Provides the greatest G-volume from the all cylindrical/no conical design, compared to other decanter centrifuges of similar bowl diameter
Optimization is simple with basic tuning (independent control of liquids weir and solids weir) and fine-tuning (patented hydro-pneumatic control maintains solids to digester
Smallest footprint efficiently utilizes available plant space
Reduce installation costs by 35-50% ($/gpm)

PONDUS is a low-grade heat (140 °F to 160 °F) process that significantly helps your plant generate biogas, increases digester space, and reduces disposal costs. Easy to maintain, your operators can operate PONDUS without additional training certifications and perform all required maintenance.
Increase solids loading rates to the digester
No steam or pressure vessel required
Improve thermal energy balance
Increase biogas production up to 30%
Reduce biosolids disposal costs up to 30%
No polymer is required for sludge thickening prior to hydrolization
CS Series Dewatering Centrifuge is the most efficient decanter centrifuge in the industry. It’s designed and built from what was learned in the field by servicing competitors' dewatering equipment in both municipal and industrial applications. The CS can provide an ROI in as little as 1.5 years and reduce maintenance and operating costs.

CalPrex® minimizes digester and sidestream phosphorus loading by over 50%, greatly reduces tedious plant maintenance, and removes or recovers phosphorous as a brushite crystal.
Reduce disposal costs up to 50%
Divert over 70% of the soluble P from the digester
Reduce up to 50% of the total P in biosolids
Reduce struvite buildup in the digester
No ammonium required
Recover brushite as a valuable fertilizer
MagPrex™ is the most cost-effective solution for struvite treatment. The MagPrex™ phosphorous management process gives all-sized plants an affordable option to reduce phosphorus recycle loads and eliminate struvite precipitation and formation.
Improve sludge dewaterability
Reduce polymer consumption up to 30%
Reduce disposal costs up to 20%
Reduce phosphate recycle load up to 90%
Reduce maintenance costs up to 50%
No sodium hydroxide required
Reduce struvite precipitation by harvesting (struvite recovery for reuse) or sequestration (struvite removal through the sludge)

The Centrisys/CNP sludge treatment technologies allow municipal and industrial customers to experience the following benefits:
“The upgrade has resulted in savings of $1.1 million per year in power, polymer and biosolids disposal costs by improving dewatering operational efficiencies at the WI WWTP. In addition, the upgrade increased the dewatering capacity at Ward’s Island WWTP by 50%, which allows the New York City Department of Environmental Protection to decommission a dewatering facility at one of its other WWTPs.”

Learn How Centrisys/CNP’s Product Portfolio Supports Emerging Wastewater Regulations
With stricter wastewater regulations, it is important for owners to make sure their treatment plants meet the latest requirements. Centrisys/CNP equipment allows plants to find cost-effective solutions to comply with the latest regulatory standards while still maintaining superior operational performance.
The benefits of combining Centrisys/CNP technologies increase a plant’s efficiency and get the most out of the equipment. The result: reduced energy consumption, decreased sludge volume, maximized nutrient removal, and improved operational cost savings.
The Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment (CDPHE) implemented one of the most stringent phosphorous limits within the US at its Drake Water Reclamation Facility in Fort Collins, Colorado. The plant had up to 3 mg/L of phosphorus and ultimately achieved very low effluent phosphorus limits, below 0.5 mg/L.
