Madhavi Batchu serves as Chief Operating Officer of Centrisys/CNP, a position she was promoted to in January 2022. She is a technically driven operations executive with extensive experience in industrial and municipal water and wastewater treatment, bringing deep expertise across the full treatment train - from screening, biological treatment, clarification, filtration, to dewatering. With a strong foundation in process and applications engineering, she is recognized for translating complex treatment processes into scalable operations, competitive solutions, and sustained business growth.
Batchu joined Centrisys/CNP in May 2014, establishing the company's Applications Engineering department and serving as Applications Engineering Director until her promotion to COO. Over a three-year period, she led operational and execution initiatives that delivered over 80 percent revenue growth, while strategically positioning the organization for its next phase of expansion. As COO, she is responsible for the overall operations of Centrisys/CNP and works directly with CEO Michael Kopper, VP of Product Innovation George Kueppers, CFO David Buslee, and other internal teams to develop and implement the strategic vision and values of the organization.
Batchu's technical leadership spans process design, system evaluation, and commercial execution, including the development of process flow diagrams, mass balances, performance guarantees, cost estimates, technical proposals, and specification reviews. She has played a critical role in strategizing to win complex projects, leveraging deep process understanding, risk assessment, and competitive analysis to position solutions effectively. A core strength is her ability to bridge technical depth with commercial outcomes, actively supporting external sales organizations through technical sales support, customer-facing presentations, bid strategy input, and training.
